150-Minute Water Based Structural Steel Fire Protection
This high-performance, water-based thin-film intumescent coating is designed to
provide reliable fire protection for structural steel, offering up to 120 minutes of fire
resistance in accordance with BS 476 Part 21. When exposed to high temperatures, the
coating rapidly expands to form a strong insulating char, helping to preserve the
structural integrity of steel during fire conditions.
The coating is a single-component system that combines excellent fire performance
with aesthetic appeal. Its extremely low dry film thickness (DFT) and low VOC
formulation make it ideal for interior and semi-exterior applications across architectural,
commercial, and industrial environments. Once applied, it delivers long-lasting protection
