11C01 Pen Oil is a high-performance solvent-based formulation designed for rapid penetration and effective removal of stubborn deposits and coatings such as carbon, dirt, paints, motor varnishes, and old gaskets. It is widely used in maintenance and repair applications across electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment. The product works efficiently on metal and wooden surfaces (except plastics), making it ideal for cleaning porcelain insulators, DC motor commutators, slip rings, contactor plates, engine components, and compressor parts. It is also highly effective in removing old varnish from burnt motor windings and loosening hardened paints and gaskets. For best results, the surface should be properly masked where protection is required, and the product should be applied within the recommended temperature range while ensuring the treated surface does not dry during the removal process.
